Proposed Reusable Bag Policy Will Prohibit Paper & Plastic Carryout Bags

The City of Los Angeles is considering a Reusable Bag Policy that will prohibit paper and plastic carryout bags at supermarkets and select retail outlets. This proposal is being considered by the City Council to help protect the environment and quality of life.
